Simple answer No. I have tried a few but none seem to work with flash. Skyfire looked the most promising with great reviews, but I haven't found a website that uses flash that has worked on Skyfire

iOS uses html5, not flash.

Hate to say this but if flash is essential for you everyday then maybe look at a android phone because I dont see apple implementing flash into there mobile devices anytime soon.

Not necessary but would be nice.

I believe that skyfire will work for streaming video and not flash apps.

Apple is not the company that would develop Flash, Adobe owns Flash and it is up to them to develop an iOS Flash. However, last month Adobe announced that they will no longer develop and maintain Flash on ANY mobile device. End of story. HTML5 seems to be the platform of the future.
