iPhone 6 1 year old

Hi I have had this iPhone 6 for just over a year it's been working fine with no complaints.
Been looking on certain forums and good old google a lot of people do a clean install of their phones by using iTunes.Would that be a good thing to do or leave well alone as its working okay.
By the way the MacBook Air is working okay.Just some other things that I will have to learn.

I would leave it alone. If it starts playing up, then is the time to restore it.
