Iphone 5s screen flashes when sleep button pressed...

Is anyone else experiencing this? Most of the time when I press the sleep button on my 5s, the screen turns off then flashes on for a quarter of a second. Then it turns off.....Maybe a iOS software glitch if other people have the same problem? I can't seem to find recent posts or google searches with this problem though.

I'm on iOS 7.0.4 and jailbroken....I've considered a tweak might be causing this but not sure how to diagnose this.

I think I might've found out What's interfering.... I did a fresh restore and tested out each tweak As I installed them. It seems to be HiddenSettings 7. Pull up control center, tap springboard settings, then animation overrides. Under the "slow factor" slider the default was 1.00. I set mine to 0.35 for faster animations and it started to happen. When I placed the slider back to default (1.00) it stopped. This is the culprit for me....check to see if it's the same for you.
