Just pressed around the bottom corners and it started working. Only happens if I put pressure on my phone ie if I stupidly sit on it etc. Yes under warranty but will upgrade once 7 comes out.

I would have Apple fix or replace it now. Then when you upgrade you won't either be risking attempting to trade a defective iPhone ( which could affect your trade) of selling a defective device. And Apple shouldn't charge for warranty work.
