iphone 5 photo contacts

I added a new contact to the iphone, and in that mode went to add a photo, took a photo but could not complete the process since I got an incoming call. Now I want to retrieve the photo. Can anybody help me to locate it?

No, it's not there.
Actually I could not complete the entering the data for he new contact.

Also, another question.
When you enter a new contact there is an option to add his photo.
Here we can take a photo. If you are not satisfied with the taken photo you can take more photos as much as you like.
Where are the unsuccessful photos stored?
Aren't they stored at all?

If the contact photo process is interrupted or you choose to "Retake" they are not stored anywhere.
