iPhone 4S Wi-Fi Unavailable (greyed out)

When I go into Wi-Fi cannot be turned on. It is "greyed out" and I cannot switch it on.
I have no warranty. I updated to latest version and reset everything - it is still unlocked but no Wi-Fi. This is quite frustrating.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. TY

Did you restore OTA or through iTunes/computer
