iPhone 4 ios6 jailbreak, question!

Hey guys can someone tell me what all does and doesn't work right now? my sbsettings aren't working, the only thing my drop down menu says is "no new notification" the toggles aren't there at all. =/ already tried removing and re installing.

SBsettings is updated for iOS 6 already. The default action to trigger SBSettings dropdown is to slide across the status bar, not drag down the status bar which is for notification center as you already know. Here's a list of some of the more popular apps from Cydia. They're updated when the devs update it to iOS 6 compatibility.
