iPhone 4 32GB White Speed

I was wondering is there certain apps or amount of memory space used that will cause the iPhone 4's speed to slow down. Or are there certain kinds of apps to stay away from because they'll slow the phone down?

If you iPhone is slowing down, odds are you simply need to do a reboot. Otherwise, iOS doesn't have the same issue as Android with apps hanging around eating CPU time. 99% of all apps suspend processing once you hit the home button. The remaining 1% are apps that have registered for background processing. IE Music players and instant message apps are the big two.
