I have upgraded to an iPhone 4 so I decided to clear my iPhone 3 but it seems to have failed, when I selected the option in settings it said it would take 2 hours but nearly 5 hours on it still wasn't finished. It was frozen with the apple logo and a loading wheel that had frozen.. I tried doing a reset but it failed and the same thing happened.. i've tried holding the power button down just to get it to switch off but it doesn't work. I'm hoping if I let it just drain the battery and re-start it it should be ok.. Thoughts?
