IPhone 16G or 32G Any known major issues?

Hello..I am looking at moving to an IPhone from Verizon. Not sure how much GB I need, 16GB or 32GB. I use g-mail and live along with a private VPN. Apps are the normal ones, fb, runkeeper, realtor, fox, usatoday, ebay, etc. I do not watch movies or have music, keep my pictures under 50. Will the 16 GB probably work for me? The battery states long life...what does that mean on average? Also, checking to make sure the IPhone does not have major issues when using with Ford Sync.
Thanks for any input. I really wanted to see what issues are out there on this phone.

battery lasts a day..

i would go with the 32GB.. i know you might think i will never use it up but you end up using it up. unless you never plant o use the phone... just by dling apps adding gaming movies mp3s and so on it all totals up so quick

Go with the 32 as stated. You can't add memory later.
