iP4 cannot facetime with iTouch (used to work now doesn't)

Hi,

I get the "XXX is unavailable for facetime" on my ATT iP4 as well as son's iTouch. It used to work on both but after number change it stopped working. I turned FT off/on and reset all settings on both yet no luck. Any help?

Also, what is jailbreaking and what benefits would I get for my iP4?

Facetime on a non-jailbreak iDevice requires a WiFi connection. Be sure that both devices are connected properly and if it persists... go into Settings > General > Network (I believe that's the correct path) and "Reset Network Settings."

Hi!

Yep, we are using a WiFi (as we did when it worked). I did already reset Factory Settings on both and to no avail....
