Hey guys this is my first post on this forum so if it isn't in the right spot i apologize. I just updated my software to the newest ios7.02 and I lost a lot of my apps. One specifically that had a lot of important files in was called video safe. I had 1000's of pictures and 100's of videos. Is there anyway to get it back on my phone. Is there a way I can make my iphone go back to a previous version of software. I would have never updated it if I had known I was going to lose all those files. Please help.

If you have a backup of your device when the files were on your device, you can reinstall the app that's associated with it and restore the backup. Otherwise, there's no way of retrieving them
