Had a text from Orange today to say my bill was due - went on line to check it and received a huge shock to see my bill was over £300!! Phoned Orange as I was sure there must have been a mistake made only to be told it wasn't a mistake but that it was probably due to the ios6 updgrade and that I would have to pay it. I only ever do my updates on my phone, I wasn't even aware you could do it any other way. Naive of me perhaps, but surely Orange or Apple should have made us aware of the amount of data the update would use. Has anyone else had this problem? I can't afford £300 in one go and I don't know what to do about it. Any help gratefully received.
