How to use a Tablet Data Phone on an iPhone 4s (CANADA: Bell, Telus, Rogers, etc.)

I tried to activate a tablet Data plan with Bell Canada and they wanted the IMEI of my iPad. Do I just tell them I have a 3rd party tablet without an IMEI (and will they want the serial # from that tablet)? I tried searching the forum but couldn't find any realted topics. Any input is appreciated.

Does Bell Canada not offer Wireless Cellular data plans?

Yeah, they do but you have to get cell phone service too. I only want data because I"m using magicJack. Tried to sign up for a data only plan (tablet) and they said I couldn't do so with my iPhone. I may just have to hone in my social engineering skills and give it another go with the customer service rep.
