how to un "hide" a song in itunes on 4S and another question

I acidentally checked hide to a song I purchased on the iPhone 4S and now can't unhide it. How do I reverse this.

Also, when I open up iTunes, I can't find the "library" button to press. It just gives me the store. Which tabs do I press to get to my Library?
