How to change the display bar at the bottom?

Hello
Since i double clicked the home button to turn off rotation. My display at the bottom has changed to this: http://img545.imageshack.us/img545/8725/img0594.png. If someone could guide me how i can change the display back to original where i would have safari as well.

You should be able to just drag the Safari icon to the bottom, like rearranging any other icon. Tap and hold the Safari icon until the icons start wobbling, then drag it to the bottom. When finished arranging, press the home button.
