Hello, Please advice how to set up the iPhone 5S hotspot, so I could re connect the phone to the PC, please step by step, I've tried.

Do you have hotspot service enabled through your carrier? They should have provided you with a code. Once you type in the code, it connects automatically if you have the hotspot button enabled.

Tlacitko t mám v nastavení, kod jsem zadala jako heslo wifi, snad se i spojil s PC, ale když vypnu UPC tak je internwt nedostupný. Mělo by to jít i přes USB nebo bluetooth, ale zatím se mně to nepodařilo. Nevím kde dělám chybu.

Unfortunately, I cannot fully understand your post even with Google Translate. However, with my cellular service I was able to find the instructions in the support pages. Try to "Google" the instructions for your particular cellular provider. One item of note...if you are using USB you have to have iTunes installed on your computer...at least for Verizon.
