So I have had my iPhone for about 6 monhs (it is second hand though) in the last week it had craasehed 3 times deleting all my contacts, someone told me it was because I still hadn't added the IOS 6 update (can't be sure it was that update but it was something like that) so anyway I attempted to update it and it completely died the screen was off until I tried to turn the phone on and the apple logo would come up then turn off then come back on again and so on. so I took it to someone who has fixed it but now it says it need to be configered. It won't let me activate the phone using wi fi or iTunes. the man that fixed it says I need to use its original sim but that it impossible as I have it unlocked as I am on a different network to its previous owner. Please help I use my phone for work and not having it is a REALLLL drama!!! xx
