I replaced my broken digitizer and followed a professional video on a break down and build up. It's together and powers on, the issue is it is extremely slow to load Internet and won't load online apps, it does just fine on wifi though. I've taken it back apart 2 other times to try to figure this out and I get nothing. I've reset the network settings, I've restored my iPhone. It makes calls and runs fast other than loading Internet. I am at a loss please help me!!!

Unfortunately... it's a really obscure problem you're having. :-( Just to nail down your issue... you're only having problems using the internet while you're on 3G, correct?
That's not going to help you get an answer any quicker.. in fact people will probably refuse to reply after seeing that..
