Help....no ringtone iphone5

I have not had a ringtone for a couple of days now. I did a reboot by removing the the sim card. it will vibrate, but no ringtone.

When a call comes in it vibrates and it is showing me what is in screen shot below

Have you checked the sound switch above the volume controls to be sure you didn't turn it off by mistake?
