Help! I saw horizontal line static on my iphone screen

Pls help, it's freaking me out! I just got this iPhone 5 last month. I was in the App Store when the line appeared. Is this normal or what? Can the apple replace this? Thank you so much!

I just got this phone last month and Its really worrying me too much. I searched if there's an Apple Store here in South Carolina so I can go and ask about it but there's no apple store.
