Help, had to get a replacement

I've had my iPhone for 2 months and the speaker went out I got the replacement in the mail today. I have backed up to iCloud, do I still need to back up to iTunes? I dont have my laptop with me so i cant back up to itunes tonight. But i want to make sure I don't lose my contacts and everything, is everything on the phone backed up to iCloud?

If you allotted to back up all to icoud then yes it will be there.


i back up my contacts, reminders and bookmarks to iCloud, and i still prefer to backup to my mac too.
Just my choice.

A co-worker of mine had to replace his 4s also. He was using iCloud for backup. Once he got the new 4s signed into his Apple account almost all of his stuff was back within an hour or so. He did need to re-install an App or 2 but that was it.
