HELP!!! Cant view my packages!

I don't understand what I did but how can I fix it! I can't view any of my Cydia packages and It happens every time I open Cydia.

Remove your piracy repos. If you don't pirate, you won't have issues.

Go to your repositories and delete the piracy ones..... You delete them the way you got them

Ok. But how do I know which ones are piracy?

The ones that offer tweaks for free that're supposedly paid.
