Just bought this case from Best Buy. It's and iFrogz with an aluminum backing. I was VERY happy with it until I read a review that stated that the aluminum backing interfered with its reception. Now all of a sudden I'm noticing less bars for wifi and 3G. Is this aluminum problem true?

The iPhone 4 & 4S both use the metal band for their antennas. So technically it should be physically impossible based on the image of the case as shown. Now if there is a piece of aluminum that makes contact with the band and is connected to the back then it is possible to introduce a grounding issue while holding the phone.
