Open the Music app and tap "Songs" in the bottom bar. Once in the songs list, swipe a song that you want to delete and a red 'Delete' button will appear to the right of the song. Tap the delete button and the song should be removed from your phone.

Also connect your iphone with iTunes. You can delete them when you view what's in your iphone there. Just simply right click on the song and delete .

You can also keep them in iTunes but not sync them to your phone by unchecking the songs in iTunes, then delete them on your phone.

I have keep all songs in iTunes. then delete it from the phone.
