Delayed voicemail

So about every few weeks my wife's 7 plus will stop pushing voicemails after the calls she gets. She does eventually get the voicemail but it takes over an hour after the call to receive them. We reset the network settings and the problem goes away only to return a few weeks later. She, and myself actually, are getting annoyed by having to have to keep doing that. Is there anyway to fix this without a full factory reset?

That is a problem with the wireless provider, you should contact them.

It does have to do with your carrier.

I'll try calling T-Mobile and see what's going on. She had an Android device before so it might be something with the swap over
