The custom ringtones and the pictures I assign people in my Address book on my iPhone 4S are constantly changing. What can be causing this?

The custom ringtones and the pictures I assign people in my Address book on my iPhone 4S are constantly changing. What can be causing this?

Conflicts between syncing contacts with more than one account.

Like if in iCloud settings you have contacts toggled on....while at the same time have contacts toggled on in another account.

Makes sure that only "one" service/account is used to backup your contacts. Not multiple.
