by accidentally upgraded to iOS 4.3.5 , now i want to downgrade to 4.3.3 is it possible or 4.3.5 version avilable cydia...? am worried now becoze some of my friends told me its difficut and may damage to yur i phone.

It's not possible unless you saved your SHSH Blobs from the 4.3.3 firmware while it was still being signed by Apple.

Downgrading won't damage your Device either.

Sure you can jailbreak, who ever told you that you can't? What you can't do is "downgrade to iOS 4.3.3" if you didn't save the shsh. But you can jailbreak your actual iOS 4.3.5. Ah a tether jailbreak btw.
