I bought an Verizon Clean ESN iphone 4s on ebay last week. I don't know if I should go to verizon for 60 days to unlock it or just directly go to pageplus. Can anybody help me?

You can't unlock it through Verizon unless there's a written agreement through Verizon from the original owner that explicit expresses that they'll be transferring ownership of the device to you, because you MUST be the original owner to unlock a device through a carrier. AFAIK, Page Plus piggybacks off of Verizon, so you shouldn't have any problems popping in the SIM and changing the APN.
