calls from 6s to note 3 not connecting?

Hi,

My wife has 6S & I have a Samsung Note 3 - yeah, please don't ask!!
Neither of us have done anything unusual to/with our devices and yet, suddenly, since yesterday, her 6S - when calling me - gives a busy signal. Of course, I had some other folks call me both from iPhones and others to check and no problems at all - calls going through as normal.

Anyone have any idea at all what might be causing this? And, if so, a solution would be greatly appreciated

By the way, she can Whatsapp me as normal, and I can call her...........phew

Can she make calls to other people? If it's just your number that she can't call, make sure you didn't block her on your Note, by accident.

Now there's the darnedest thing!!! I have absolutely no idea how that happened, but always one to double-check, I went to her contact, clicked 'settings' and there was the option to "Remove from Auto Reject list"!!!! Eh???????
