Yes... US wireless providers & Apple are offering the 4S for $99 USD for signing a new contract or extending your existing wireless contract for two years.

rumor is walmart is going to sell the 4s for 49.99 in a few weeks, so the phone people at walmart tell me they read a memo with such info. i dont know if its true or not.
