I have tried downgrade , upgrade , redsn0w , sn0wbreez , tinyumbrella , turbosim , ultrasn0w ; do You have some suggestion , pls ?

For the avoidance of doubt as other users are chiming in with nonsense, the baseband on your device CANNOT be downgraded now you have 04.11.08. Hard resets or restores are pointless.

You need to wait for either a jailbreak soft unlock option for this baseband (e.g. ultrasn0w), or an update to a hardware unlock (e.g. a new Gevey Ultra).

NEITHER of these options exist for 04.11.08 today, and beware of FAKE gevey sites on the internet which say they can unlock this baseband. Check our forums where we will post official news if it becomes possible to unlock this baseband.
