Took my 6s Plus to the store in Temecula.
Screen was cracked.
My Apple care actually had expired a couple days before.
I did not know it expired.
With a managers approval they did the job anyway.
The internet connection had been erratic before taking it in.
Now it is worse.
Plugged in the ear phones today and had to play with the plug to finally get it to work. Can’t move the wire at all or it cuts off.
Spinning the plug, it wobbles obviously.
Should have been checked before they gave it back to me.
Also now if I click “forgot password” it doesn’t work.
It’s a blank screen with a line at the top.
Can’t help feeling like my nice phone will never be the same.
I guess tomorrow I’m going back.
Frustrated!
!
!!!!UPDATE!!!!! The very next day>>>>>>>
Upon further investigation I have found that some problems are not the fault of the phone or the APPLE STORE.
Tmobile lack of coverage in my area in my opinion could be the problem.
I welcome anybody to reply here if I am wrong.
First if I am online after midnight I have wonderful reception.
During late afternoon hours I get Nothing!
Also bad in morning commute time.
I think this means Tmobile is lacking coverage in my area.
They need to cover this area better!
Does this sound correct?
When I say I get nothing I mean I should turn off my phone and come back at midnight.
Not acceptable to me!

I went to an Apple Store here recently, for my iphone se that was still under warranty, because the battery health had dropped below 80% within about 4 to 5 months of buying it brand new.
They then brought it back out and told me that it had been remanufactured and that they could not touch it. Even if I paid them to do it. So, I said OK and left, to find out that they had messed up my home button and the screen does not stick into the phone all the way anymore.
So now, I have no touch ID, and the screen flexes all over.
Very disappointed!

I have, I have talked to them on the phone as well, and they have been totally Uncooperative.

That might work, except that I am not on social media

I added to my original post in this thread.
Lots more information.
Be sure and read it again!

Your cellular service may lack the bandwidth to handle the demand during peak periods. They've underestimated the number of active users at those times of day.

Ok more info:
Last night I went online after midnight.
It’s been so frustrating to try online all day without success.
After midnight the connection is so perfect!
I was able to quickly go from one online activity to another with great speed and response.
Does this mean the Tmobile Service is so weak all day long? Then after midnight it works sooo good.
Seems to me the fault is totally with Tmobile resources being weak or nonexistent.
Am I correct?
Please reply anybody.

Sounds like you did it to yourself. If you knew your phone had been tampered with or opened and/or serviced by a third party and thought that you’d play dumb and let Apple tech find out on their own, then your plan backfired.

Sounds like you had it coming.

If you didn’t know it was a tampered-with iPhone and just found out, also sucks for you, but can’t blame Apple for following their policy. Policies exist for a reason.

It was sold to me as a brand new phone, not remanufactured!
Also, I understood once they said that it was remanufactured that they could not do anything with it, it just upsets me that they messed it up and won’t fix that though
