There any app tweak or something that you can backup all you cydia app.....? before you do a update or somethings? i'm verizon iphone with 4.2.8 jailbreak..
Yes, "PkgBackup" in the Cydia store. It's not cheap, but it is excellent. I have used it on all my upgrades to a new iOS and re-jailbreak, and it has just gotten better and better every month.
