Australian Iphone in the States

Hey All.
what can i do to be able to use 3G internet, or whatever their internet is over here?
i am living in florida and its frustrating not being able to use maps or the internet.
If there is nothing i can do to my phone is it possible to swap my phone at an apple store? for example in aus you can pay $180 if your screen is broken and get a new phone.

You would need to give more information on what type of phone you have. I am guessing it is a GSM phone and you have a SIM card? Take it to an Apple Store and see if they can help you with it. You will need to get hooked up with a GSM cell provider over here. I don't see why you can't get on the internet with WIFI though at least until you get your cell phone provider straightened out.

ow yer sorry. its an iphone 4s and i have a T mobile sim. i am ment to be getting 3g internet but i am unable to get that. i will try the apple store tonight
