Hi all I was wondering if you could help. My last 3 contacts showing on my iPad Air appear to be outdated in the sense that they don't match my most recent contacts on my phone and actually aren't contacts I've used for a while. I haven't been logged into my Apple ID on my iPad for a few months now so I wondered if it were possible that my "recent contacts" are out of sync since there is no link between my iPad and iPhone until I log in using my Apple ID?
Are recent contacts linked to Apple ID?

You have to be logged into your iCloud account on your iPad and your iPhone in order for the contacts to sync between devices. Once logged in, make sure that the contacts switch in your iCloud account is turned on in both devices. Your contacts should then sync between your devices and each device will show the same contacts list.
