Noticed this a while back.

Under Settings>cellular>cellular data that the apps are not listed alphabetically since one of the iOS updates.

Very frustrating as I often shut off cellular data on some apps.

Anyone have a solution?

Reset the statistics, then they’ll be in alphabetical order again. Settings - Cellular - Cellular Data, scroll down to the bottom to get to Reset Statistics.

As long as you don’t do it, they’ll be listed according to their cellular usage, and those which didn’t use your cellular data are listed in alphabetical order afterwards.

Thank you J.A.
So simple but leaves me wishing Apple would let us choose the order to keep them in. Eg most recently added, most used etc.

You’re welcome.

They’ll certainly read it. If there are enough people who’d love to get this feature, they might add it in a future update.

I think the idea is to make it easy to see which apps are using the most data to make it easier for a user to control the data hogs (or control their usage of the offending apps)
