App won't import contacts

I have an iPhone4. I'm using an app that allows you to import contacts into it. But when I was setting it up, I accidentally told it no (on importing contacts) instead of yes. I WANT them imported. I tried deleting the App and re-installing it, twice. I contacted the developer who told me they can't do anything about it... ??

Now I'm stuck. Is there a way to clear cookies or something? Thanks

Did you deny importing contacts, or access to the contacts on your iPhone?

If it's the latter, you can enable access in Settings - Privacy - Contacts.

Import those contacts in iCloud, then sync it to your iPhone.

The OP wants to import the contacts to the app. Using iCloud will not help with his problem.
