App sync Problem

When I sync apps it says "determining apps to sync" and the sync doesnt work, does anybody have any suggestions?

iOS 7 requires iTunes 11.1 in order to restore, backup and sync. Try updating to iTunes 11.1 & check how it works....

Yeah I had this problem as well and update your iTunes to get your sync to work. I don't think you need to update your iOS. Try that..

Re-authorize your Apple ID for use with the computer. Click on Store on the top > Authorize This PC > and sign in with the Apple ID that corresponds with your device.
