I have a 3g thats jailbroken and i have NEVER backed up the phone before and it just crashed and went in to recovery mode... Is ther any way to get all my photos, notes, and contacts off the phone b4 i restore it??

PLEASE HELP

While it's in recovery mode, you will not be able to backup anything also you will not be able to copy or transfere anything out from the device.
Try to use tinyUmbrella to kick out your phone out from recovery mode, tinyUmbrella might help.
