How cani change my ipf profile picture?

Go to user cp and click edit avatar. If oure using the ipf app click profile and just click on that default pic and it will ask you for the picture source

Guess you didn't get it to work. Let me post a screen.

Tap the picture in the profile tab. Then a popup will come up and ask where do you want to take the pic from library or camera. Choose library and pick your picture.
Note this using the ipf app

Yea i know this is the regular way but i doesnt work when i tap it... Mybe i need to register agin or something?

You don't need to register.
