I've found the action button on my Apple Watch Ultra very useful with Shortcuts, and I think that's what will probably be most useful on the iPhone 15 as well.

For the first time you have information on the battery, including the cycle count in Settings>General>About. This info only appears on the iPhone 15 models.
Previously, you had to use an app such as coconutBattery on a Mac to get this info when you connected your iPhone.
