4s will not Sync via USB or charge, will charge using 110v AC??? HELP

I have an s4 been jailbroken for a while 5.1.1 and at some point over the past two month it just stopped to sycn with my computer, stop charging via usb and computer usb or car ubs (5v) but charges with 110AC plug....???

I need to dump some content off the phone as I'm out of space and can't, nor can I back it up etc...no idea what to do!?!?!

Help please.....
