Syncing phone with computer

Good Afternoon All

Sorry If this is in the wrong I am have issues syncing my Iphone 15 with my Windows 11 computer, It showing connecting for about 15 seconds then the popup says to connect phone, I hope this makes sense

You have to locate the icon for your iPhone on the computer. I used to do it all the time, it was easy. I don’t remember the names of things on Windows any longer but Apple has directions including what to do if you can’t find the device.
