Hiya, a while ago I accidently restarted my wifi router while my iphone's apps were still updating. Now I'm kinda concerned if internet is cut off while the apps were still downloading it's updates, is there any possible chance for the software to be corrupted or damaged? Currently I'm using iphone 4s with iOS 5. Sorry for my awkward tone and many thanks in advance.

Should be OK. The updates should simply resume when the wifi is up and running.
If any apps give trouble just delete them and reinstall. You only pay for them once.
Careful of any attached data though. If you delete an app, it's data goes with it. Best to update apps as part of your regular backup procedure.

are all your apps working as they should be? if they are then there i wouldn't think there would be a problem.
