Zooey Deschanel and Samuel L. Jackson Star in Two New iPhone 4S Commercials

The Next Web writes today about two new iPhone 4S commercials that have just been released by Apple, featuring actors Samuel L. Jackson and Zooey Deschanel. The ads mark a departure from Apple’s recent adverts with the use of celebrities, but they are actually a couple of really nice little spots that actually show how useful Siri can be, when it's working right!

There have been so many spoof videos featuring Siri around recently that when you first start watching these two commercials you wait for Siri to say something funny, but both the videos just show Siri being very useful, finding restaurants that deliver tomato soup for Deschanel because she doesn’t want to go out in the rain, and helping Jackson prepare a meal for his date. It’s not yet confirmed whether or not there will be any other celebrity iPhone 4S adverts from Apple, but these two seem to be working very effectively so far. Maybe it’s just Apple’s way of answering all the spoof Siri videos? Either way, they're certainly fun to watch.
