Zen Pinball 'The Walking Dead' Table Update Coming Around August 26th to iOS

Back in June, Zen Studios announced that the company was teaming up with Telltale Games to bring a pinball table based on The Walking Dead video game. Zen Pinball has been many players' go to when it come to pinball, so it'll be interesting to see how the two companies integrate The Walking Dead story line.

Since June, Zen has kept quiet about the new addition until now. The company just announced that The Walking Dead table update will be releasing around August 26th. We say "around" because in the past, the company has released updates across different platforms over the span of a few days. For example: the Playstation update will be on August 26th, followed by the Xbox update on the 27th, then the iOS update somewhere within that time frame.

According to Zen Studios, the pinball table will feature the same cell-shading as Telltale's game. The Walking Dead table will also wrap around the game's first season story line, bringing back locations like Clementine's treehouse and the pharmacy in Macon. The studio has also stated that the pinball update will feature new dialogue from the actual voice actors of The Walking Dead game.

I might just have to re-download Zen Pinball to play this sucker. Nobody can really hate on pinball, some of us spent hours playing the stock game on Windows XP, and others spent quarter after quarter on physical machines. Keep an eye out for The Walking Dead update for Zen Pinball
