With the launch of the new iPhone line-up getting ever closer by the day, more and more images are starting to leak, some of which are genuine, some of which are more than likely fake, but until Apple actually makes an official announcement we’ve got no way of knowing which is which.
Today is a case in point, with BGR and AppleInsider reporting on two new sets of photos that are both said to show different iPhone 8 components.
The BGR-posted images were originally posted on Chinese micro-blogging site Weibo, via Slashleaks, and claim to show a black iPhone 8 mock-up, complete with mirror-like finish.
The images posted by AppleInsider were also initially posted on Weibo, and are said to show the glass cover for the iPhone 8, complete with the slim bezels and “notch” where the sensors and earpiece are housed. There’s not really that much new to see here, other than to note that it all looks very much like the various dummies and renders that we’ve seen leaking of late.
