Yahoo weather app has bugs

Ever since the upgrade to iOS7 the new built in weather app has been buggy....at times it won't update and at times the days forecast doesn't show up on the cities page. Anyone else notice this?

I'm in South Africa, and also can't get my yahoo (or stock widget) to pick up Randfontein close to Johannesburg. Even the data on Johannesburg is not always updated or correct. It is terrible to not be able to complain to Yahoo or Apple... looks like they just don't care about it... I'm now trying to report on this forum - maybe they will read it.... there are other weather apps that's working well, but the stock weather is part of the phone, and just don't work here. Wish someone at Yahoo or Apple read this. I already tried to report it to both of them, but that seems to be impossible....
