Wont let me download from cydia

I just jailbroke 5.0.1 and cydia won't let me, attached is the warning screen, any ideas?

It's happening with most of us, it's just that there's too much load on their servers and the sources are not downloading the packages completely and giving runtime errors. Will have to wait a couple of days, had been happening with me too in the past few days.
Try by powering iPhone off and on again if that helps as I read somewhere it did helped. not for me though
